Seeking an experienced Trademark Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The Trademark Litigation Attorney will represent our clients in trademark infringement litigation matters and provide guidance on trademark–related issues.
If you have general IP Litigation experience, will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in trademark infringement litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements.
Advise clients on trademark–related issues, such as trademark registration, enforcement, licensing, and portfolio management.
Conduct legal research on trademark law and related issues and provide guidance to clients and colleagues.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and execute litigation and brand protection strategies.
Manage and prioritize multiple cases and projects effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
Juris Doctorate degree and licensed to practice law in Insert state .
At least 5 years of experience in trademark litigation, with a strong track record of success.
Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast–paced environment.
Experience with USPTO proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations, is a plus.
