My Client is a Top–tier national Law firm, they are ranked at one of the best in the United Kingdom. They are looking to bring in a Senior Associate to the Intellectual Property Team. This is a tremendous opportunity for a Senior Associate with an expertise in Intellectual Property matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both contentious and non contentious experience, as well as the ability to handle a broad range of commercial matters with fantastic clients. A strong focus will be given to you to handle relationships with clients, and all their commercial needs. The ideal candidate will be technically sound and have a proven billing track record. Experience from both In–house and Private Practice is welcomed. The opportunity: The opportunity is primarily non–contentious and you will be part of National and Cross–border transactions. This is a dynamic and varied role, where you will work as part of a team straddling multiple industry sectors, such as retail and consumer, financial services, transport and pharmaceuticals to list a few.
