They offer a wide range of legal services for businesses and individuals. They have been providing first class legal advice to our clients in Sussex, the South–East and beyond since 1889.
As a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will Ideally have 2–6 years' experience in commercial litigation, with significant experience in advising on a range of areas of business dispute including:
- Sales of goods and services
- Debt recovery
- Breach of contract
- Business ownership, management and investment
- Property and Landlord and Tenant
- Partnerships
- Intellectual Property disputes including trademark disputes, passing off, copyright infringement etc
