Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent IP Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Permanent IP Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing legal support for our intellectual property matters. You will be working closely with our legal team to ensure that our clients' intellectual property rights are protected. This is a full–time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support the intellectual property team
- Drafting and filing patent, trademark, and copyright applications
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of responses to office actions and other legal documents
- Managing and maintaining intellectual property portfolios
- Conducting due diligence and investigations related to intellectual property
- Assisting with intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution
- Maintaining and updating intellectual property databases and records
- Providing legal support to clients and internal stakeholders on intellectual property matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property law
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intellectual property databases
- Knowledge of patent and trademark laws and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
