This well established and top Law firm with offices in East Sussex are looking to recruit a Paralegal to be based in their Commercial department at their Eastbourne office. Training will be given but if you have some experience either in practice or whilst studying on any of the following this would be an advantage. The department deal with the following: Acquisitions and disposals Management buyouts and buy–ins Private Equity investment Corporate governance Administration sales/purchases Corporate restructuring Shareholders agreements Joint ventures IT Licensing, support and maintenance agreements Terms and conditions of business Agency and distribution agreements Bespoke commercial contracts Intellectual Property agreements/contracts/licences etc If you have any knowledge of the above or feel this is the field of Law that you want to build/start your Law career, please submit your CV.
