Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Creating organizational documents, including articles of incorporation or dissolution, stock certificates, and merger agreements
• Creating, distributing, and maintaining annual reports and other entity maintenance
• Assist with Form D filings, business licenses, signature page packets, closing books, and some occasional research
• Assist with Commerical Real Estate Financing/Closings
• 1400 billable hour requirement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Corporate Paralegal Experience
• UCC Experience
• Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate Preferred
• Top–notch communication and organizational skills
