Trademark Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting for a remote Trademark Paralegal for an established North Carolina law firm. Do you have at least two years of experience providing support to attorneys in a trademark and copyright practice? Trademark Paralegal Job Responsibilities:

Drafting and filing of trademark applications with the USPTO

Drafting and filing copyright applications with the US Copyright Office

Manage filing deadlines and update attorneys and clients on status of applications

Research trademark and copyright materials and evidence

Time entry

Other responsibilities in support of practice group

Qualifications:

2+ years of substantive trademark experience

Understanding of trademark process and procedures

Good working knowledge of USPTO

Experience with docketing software

Superior organizational, computer and communication skills

Candidates must reside in North Carolina
