Seeking a talented Attorney to join our Litigation and National IP team we are a full–service law firm with nearly 250 attorneys and more than 20 office locations across the United States. 4–7+ years of experience in Litigation and/or IP law needed to work with a dynamic, national team.
Experience with Trademarks rather than patents
Experience litigating patent, trademark, trade secret and/or copyright cases.
Federal court experience is highly preferred.
