Science Advisor (IP Litigation) - Technical Degree

Job Details Goodwin seeks a highly qualified science advisor to join our Intellectual Property group. Candidate will contribute to the firm's work in patent litigation, due diligence, and proceedings in front of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board by analyzing technological and scientific material including prior art literature and technical data. Candidates applying for this position should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials and have a background in at least one or more of the following areas: computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred, but not required. Target Salary Range: $135,000–$150,000
