Qualifications

You are a trademark and copyright attorney with about three to five years of experience under your belt.  You’ve conducted trademark searching, and you’ve counselled clients on filing strategies.  You’ve become adept at drafting persuasive responses to Office Actions, compelling demand letters, and sensible co-existence agreements.  Ideally, you’ve handled contentious matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and been exposed to litigation before the federal courts.  With the basics in hand, you want to take the next step in your career and join a firm with the talent and resources to help take your practice to a higher level of sophistication.

Pay range:  $150,000 - $170,000 per year.
