Overview: The Intellectual Property Law Department within Xerox Corporation's Office of General Counsel is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support technology and intellectual property litigation. Scope: The successful candidate will assist in–house counsel and legal support professionals with the management of pre–litigation and litigation disputes. Primary Responsibilities: + Assist in–house counsel with the management of technology and IP litigation matters and subpoenas + Manage the collection of e–discovery from Xerox's disparate systems and solutions, including identifying key witnesses with discoverable information and gathering and reviewing such information + Control Xerox's matter management system, including creating and updating assigned matters, issuing and tracking document preservation notices, and managing and reviewing e–billing processes and invoices + Coordinate with Xerox's outside counsel and litigation support vendors + Assists in–house counsel with witness interviews and investigations + Provide other litigation support as needed Qualifications: + Team player attitude.
