Senior Paralegal Contracts Department
We are looking for a strong, process–centric paralegal to join our team who can complete the following tasks:
Draft, review, revise and amend vendor contracts for corporate and property operations. Review contract redlines and participate in vendor agreements.
Identify legal and compliance issues related to contracts and work with contracting team leadership, risk management, and in–house counsel to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
Coordinate with and assist internal business clients with the procurement process (e.g., Resort Operations, Information Technology, Construction and Design, Development, Purchasing, Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Communications, Sales, and Marketing).
Assist with contract renewals, terminations, execution, and dispute resolution including drafting notices and demand letters.
Update and maintain form agreements and handle and maintain contract records and related documents by records retention policies and department requirements.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to contracting, procurement, and legal compliance and building and delivery of training and mentorship to non–legal team members as needed.
Must know contract law, commercial contracting, leasing, licensing, privacy and data security, real estate, consumer protection, and intellectual property matters as related to business enterprises.
Schedule Details: This is a hybrid role where the ideal person will be working more in the office than at home, especially at the beginning. We are located in Orlando, Florida.

Qualifications
Qualifications – External
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Demonstrated ability of 5 years in in–house or law firm.
Preferred Qualifications:
Paralegal Degree or Certificate
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience with hospitality, timeshare, real estate, or consumer marketing
