Antitrust Associate (Junior or Midlevel)

Venable LLP's Antitrust Group seeks a junior or midlevel associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join the practice in the Washington, D.C. office.

The qualified candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in antitrust government investigations, litigation, and strategic counseling. Strong litigation skills and experience in pre–merger notification and review process are key. The practice seeks candidates that know how to get the job done and deliver results as an important member of our broad–based practice, which spans a variety of industries. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills are a must. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar. Please include law school transcripts with submissions.
