Job Details

• 3–5 years' experience litigating patent disputes at AmLaw 100 firm or smaller firm of equivalent reputation.

•Ideal candidate will have experience litigating trademark, copyright, or trade secret disputes in addition to patent disputes.

• STEM degree and registered to practice before the USPTO (or eligible and willing to become registered).

•Ideal candidate will have degree in electrical engineering or computer science.

• JD degree.

•For junior candidates, JD from Top 50 law school with 3.5+ GPA.

• Extensive research and writing experience.

We are seeking an associate attorney to join our intellectual property litigation team. The associate will work with our valued clients under the leadership and guidance of our partners. The position provides an opportunity for the associate to handle all aspects of our cases including pleadings, discovery, depositions, court hearings, motion practice, trials, and appeals in a variety of complex cases. The firm values teamwork and collaboration among attorneys at all levels of experience, and the associate will help develop and implement case strategy in conjunction with partners and other associates.
