Job Details
•Years of Experience: 3–5 years
•Practice Focus: Patent prosecution with experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and/or Medical Devices
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
- Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice throughout employment.
- Candidates should possess at least 3–5 years of California IP expereince
- Excellent academic credentials are required.
