  • Gathering and organizing evidence and other documentation to support the management and protection of BlackRock’s global IP portfolio.
  • Supporting our brand enforcement strategies and activities, including reviewing watch notices, conducting factual research into third-party activity that may infringe our rights, providing recommendations on whether to pursue, and coordinating with BlackRock’s IP attorneys and outside counsel to action infringements.
  • Assisting with the management of BlackRock’s domain portfolio, including helping to register new domain names and coordinating with key stakeholders on the maintenance of the domain name portfolio.

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple competing, and often evolving, priorities and deadlines.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Paralegal certificate is a plus, though not required.
  • Experience in the asset management industry or related financial industry is a plus, though not required.
