Job Title: Commercial Transaction Attorney

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Transaction Attorney to join our legal team. As a Commercial Transaction Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal guidance to clients, and advising on legal issues related to commercial transactions.

Responsibilities:


  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts
  • Advise clients on legal issues related to commercial transactions
  • Provide legal guidance to stakeholders and other departments within the company
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues
  • Review and revise legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:


  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law
  • 3 years of experience in commercial transaction law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem–solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of intellectual property law
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions
