Job Details for Trademark Paralegal:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
- Pay Rate: $100–120k/year, depending on experience
- DIRECT HIRE, BENEFITS AND PAID TIME OFF!
Job Responsibilities & Description for Trademark Paralegal :
- General paralegal duties, including but not limited to drafting correspondence and legal documents, notarizing documents and maintaining client files
Support Trademark Litigation Attorney and Patent Attorneys
E– Filing in federal courts
Prepare IP Litigation Materials
Job Requirements for Trademark Paralegal:
2+ years of IP experience required
2+ years paralegal experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred, associates degree or paralegal cert acceptable
iManage experience a huge plus
Litigation experience required
