Trademark Special Project Lawyer

K&L Gates is seeking an experienced trademark attorney to join its Trademark practice group.  This flexible, part-time position would support one of the most exciting centers of trademark work at the firm, working with clients across the K&L Gates platform.  The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of direct trademark experience that includes i) trademark clearance searching, analyzing and reporting; ii) Office Action responses and other trademark prosecution; iii) trademark maintenance and specimen review; iv) infringement investigations; and v) oppositions/cancellations.  Experience with trademark licensing and related transactional work, including IP due diligence, would be a plus. The team emphasizes collaboration and the candidate will work closely with other team members to support global trademark portfolios of all sizes.  Candidates must be critical thinkers, client-focused, and driven to find solutions.  Exceptional judgment, outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are essential. This flexible, non-partner track position could be located in any state where K&L Gates has an office.

Base Salary $135 - $165 / hour  #LI-PC1
