Job Details
What we're looking for:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business development, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including those related to data privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Coordinate and manage contract review and approval processes, including tracking status, managing timelines, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Collaborate with cross–functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of contracts.
- Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract–related matters.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, paralegal studies, or legal studies preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in contract management or a related legal field, preferably within the life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology, as well as experience negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast–paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
