Job Details

• Support IP attorneys by assisting with clearances + prosecution of U.S. and foreign trademarks.
• Track due dates via matter management and docketing systems, prepare client reporting and prosecution documents and communicate with USPTO, attorneys, foreign associates, and clients.
• Assist in electronic document preparation and case filings with the USPTO.
• Provide independent management of case and project workload.
• Performing preliminary trademark searches and preparing documents and updates for clients.
• Drafting assignment documents for recordation and meeting country–specific requirements (e.g., notarization and legalization of documents).
• Foreign Protocol filings and maintenance
