Job Details
We're seeking an associate to join our IP practice.
Responsibilities:
Assist in evaluation, preparation and prosecution of patents and patent applications
Provide support for patent enforcement, licensing and business transactions
Perform infringement and validity analysis and general portfolio management
Requirements:
B.A. Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field (e.g., engineering physics, computer engineering) and three to five years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
USPTO registration is required.
The ability and desire to work in a team environment is required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated professionalism
Strong computer and internet research skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects on competing deadlines
