Top London firm is looking to add a talented Commercial contacts Solicitor to advise household name clients across a variety of sectors.

The Team

The Commercial team provides legal advice in respect of the transactions and commercial relationships which are central to businesses' trading activities and strategic plans.

The team provides commercial answers to legal issues, determining the issues which affect clients' commercial operations, identifying the different courses, and providing holistic advice as to the best way forward given the circumstances, timescale and resources available.

The Candidate

The firm is looking around the 4 – 8 pqe level. they require candidates with experience to include some of the following:

Commercial law – particularly drafting, amending, negotiating and advising on the termination of commercial agreements

Consumer protection law

Intellectual property law

International trade law and sanctions

UK and EU competition law – mainly market partitioning and price fixing

You will enjoy exposure to drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements (business to business and business to consumer) many of which will have an international element but with a particular focus on the types of agreement and client sectors listed below;
