Interim Head of Legal East Midlands 3 Months Minimum

About the role:As the Interim Head of Legal, you will have the opportunity to: Assist the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts relating to goods and services, distribution, procurement and IT agreements and Intellectual Property licenses; Manage the resolution for contract terminations and commercial disputes; Lead the Company's GDPR processes; Support Board Meetings and Board Committee meetings; Ensure compliance with Statutory Reporting requirements; and Report relevant legislation changes regarding corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

About the Interim Head of Legal:You will be a Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 7 years' of qualified experience. Essential skills include: Excellent corporate and commercial experience, ideally gained In–House in a similar, senior role; Corporate governance knowledge; Attention to detail and strong communication skills; and Ability to travel to the Leicester office on a hybrid basis.
