Jobot is actively recruiting for a mid/senior level attorney to join our client's firm in Newport Beach. The opportunity is with a national firm with several offices across southern California and has remote work flexibility.
The firm is seeking an attorney with specific labor and employment defense experience handling single–plaintiff, PAGA, wage and hour class actions and FEHA matters. Other practice areas include insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, business litigation and intellectual property among others. Interested attorneys should have significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice and be comfortable handling all stages of litigation. We are seeking career driven individuals with exceptional interpersonal and legal writing skills for a role that requires complex problem solving.
