Commercial Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well–established Legal 500 law firm as a Company Commercial Solicitor in a permanent, full time or part time position, working alongside a Senior Partner.Your workload will include, but not be limited to:

• Business and company acquisitions and disposals
• Company restructuring and re–organisation
• Dealing with shareholder issues
• Terms and Conditions
• Giving advice on intellectual property protection and internet trading laws
