Job Details for Trademark Paralegal:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $100–120k/year, depending on experience
  • DIRECT HIRE, BENEFITS AND PAID TIME OFF!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Trademark Paralegal :

  • General paralegal duties, including but not limited to drafting correspondence and legal documents, notarizing documents and maintaining client files
  • Support Trademark Litigation Attorney and Patent Attorneys

  • E– Filing in federal courts

  • Prepare IP Litigation Materials

Job Requirements for Trademark Paralegal:

  • 2+ years of IP experience required

  • 2+ years paralegal experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, associates degree or paralegal cert acceptable

  • iManage experience a huge plus

  • Litigation experience required
