Paralegal, Fine Arts Studio Collection
Vaco is performing a confidential search for a world class fine art studio in Downtown Los Angeles. The team seeks a skilled Paralegal with a background and passion for fine arts to assist Legal counsel with intellectual property matters and matters related to trademark.
3–days a week onsite, (hybrid) must be local to Los Angeles,
Day–2–day:
- Contract management, template creation, Intellectual property management, management of intenal/external complaints
- Draft, review, execute and negotiate contracts
- Deadline tracking, complex calendar management
- Coordinate projects with outside counsel
- Document proofreading, preparation.
- Legal file management
- IP drafting for trademark applications
- Clearance of rights and compliance matters
Requirements:
Paralegal Certification in the State of California
3 years of Paralegal experience
Experience as a Paralegal in the Area of Art or related subject matter such as entertainment (Experience with Intellectual Property, IP Brand Protection is a must)
Compensation:
70,000–80,000/Year
