Intellectual Property Solicitor – London – Private Practice – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

A specialist Intellectual Property practice is looking to recruit a IP Lawyer to join their top tier ranked team. The role with be on an initial 12 month contract, scope for extension or to turn permanent.

– Clients across all industry sectors including academic institutions, blue–chip and global organisations, research institutes, start–ups and SMEs

The Role

– Varied workload of IP matters
– Weighted to contentious IP
– Work includes but is not limited to trade mark, design, copyright, licensing, IP disputes, Pre–action advisory work, Infringement and cancellation proceedings (IPEC, High Court and Patents Court)
– You'll also provide commercial law advice, draft and advise on commercial contracts with an IP angle

You

– 2+ years of post qualification experience
– Well versed dealing with contentious IP matters
– IPEC and advisory experience
