Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Business Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients in all aspects of business litigation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop strategies to achieve their objectives. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a talented attorney to join a leading legal team and make a significant impact in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of business litigation, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment disputes
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and prepare legal briefs and memoranda
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal issues related to business litigation
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of cases and tasks
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve client goals
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- 3+ years of experience in business litigation
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases and tasks
