Junior Intellectual Property Associate

Meister Seelig & Fein PLLC www.msf-law.com is a full service, mid-size law firm with a 7-attorney Intellectual Property Practice located in Midtown Manhattan. We are seeking a junior associate to join us with 1-3 years of intellectual property experience with a focus on trademark practice.

Ideally, this candidate will have solid experience with domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and maintenance, clearance searches, coordinating with foreign associates, and communicating with clients. Knowledge of opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, cease and desist letters, prosecuting copyright applications and assisting with IP-related transactional documents would be a plus.

MSF’s IP Practice is congenial and works across a wide range of industries and on a variety of IP prosecution, transactional and litigation matters. A willingness to be involved on projects as they arise is a key component to this position.
