We are seeking a trademark attorney to join our team. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience in trademark law including handling trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters (including on-line enforcement and Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy proceedings) as well as counseling clients in the development of filing and enforcement strategies both in the U.S. and internationally.
