Patent Agent/Technical Advisor: Electrical Engineering

The law firm of Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt LLP ("Oblon") seeks Patent Agents or Technical Advisors experienced in patent application drafting to join its Electrical practice.

Fluency in Chinese or Korean is required and a minimum of 1–2 years patent application drafting experience is required. A technical background is also required in electrical engineering or computer engineering and experience in the fields of software, microchips and hardware is a plus. Candidates must possess superior technical knowledge, writing and communication skills.
