Corporate Paralegal

Dudley Competitive salary, dependent on experience We are working closely with a highly successful, reputable, Legal 500–recognised, law firm who are seeking an experienced Corporate / Company Commercial Paralegal to work at their office in Dudley, joining an existing team of 6 people. The role will involve: Running a caseload of corporate law matters including: buying and selling companies and businesses dealing with joint venture and shareholder agreements advising on group re–organisations, mergers, appointment and removal of directors, commercial agreements, intellectual property, supply and distribution agreements, ecommerce agreements advising on corporate insolvency and partnership (including LLP) issues Liaising with clients and keeping them fully updated Suitable candidates will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience, running a corporate law caseload. Excellent time–management and communication skills This is a full–time permanent job which is office–based, working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
