- Corporate governance
- Administration sales/purchases
- Corporate restructuring
- Shareholders agreements
- Joint ventures
- IT licensing, support and maintenance agreements
- Terms and conditions of business
- Agency and distribution agreements
- Bespoke commercial contracts
- Intellectual Property agreements/contracts/licenses etc.
They are looking for someone who ideally has experience/knowledge of the Commercial sector.
