Senior Intellectual Property Solicitor

Absolute are partnered with a truly progressive Legal firm who are looking for a Senior IP Solicitor. The firm puts its culture and flexible working at the heart of their business and its also an exciting time to be joining them as they continue to grow.

The ideal candidate will have worked on a broad range of contentious IP matters from straight–forward cease and desist demands to complex patent litigation. A broad range of transactional IP matters from pure IP licensing and assignment agreements to advising on the IP–specific issues arising in the context of corporate transactions, and on devising and executing IP strategies outside the context of specific disputes and transactions. You will have worked in either In–House or Private Practice.

The client base will range from cutting edge SMEs, medium size enterprises and larger businesses across multiple industry sectors.

The successful candidate will have 10yrs+ PQE experience – Full or Part–Time considered.

This position is fully remote, however there are several office locations in the UK. A client following is not required as you will be given guaranteed work with existing clients. Great bonus and benefits on offer.
