We are seeking a dedicated and driven paralegal who possesses a deep passion for success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in complex litigation within practice areas such as business litigation, antitrust, or patent litigation.

Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing facts, organizing case material, and drafting privilege logs. They should also have experience with database software, deposition, and drafting exhibit lists.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze facts and organize case material for patent litigation cases
• Draft privilege logs and assist with deposition preparation
• Draft exhibit lists and assist with trial preparation
• Manage calendaring and client contact for assigned cases
• Conduct legal research on patent claims and international trade commission regulations
• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Manage electronic and physical case files using database software
• Participate in document review and production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and ABA certified paralegal
• 4+ years of experience in patent litigation and US Patent and Trademark Laws
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with database software and electronic document management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with international trade commission regulations is a plus
