We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a Hybrid Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing litigation support to our attorneys and clients. You will be working on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and product liability. This is a full–time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a Hybrid Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing litigation support to our attorneys and clients. You will be working on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and product liability. This is a full–time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests
- Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files
- Coordinating and scheduling depositions and other meetings
- Maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
- Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
- Participating in case strategy meetings and providing input on case strategy
- Assisting with the preparation of appellate briefs and other post–trial motions
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Experience with e–discovery tools such as Relativity or Concordance
- Familiarity with litigation software such as CaseMap or TrialDirector
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred
