Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with this Legal 500 Firm who are seeking a Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor to join their team based in Kent. The Firm focus on building long–term relationships with their clients and have a strong regional reputation as well as many of their Partners often sharing their knowledge in national conferences and seminars. The role is a varied position ranging from M&A's, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring and mergers and Intellectual Property licences. Requirements of the Role:– You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 1 to 8 years PQE. Good experience of running a caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Good attention to detail. Strong IT skills. Experience in marketing, networking and business development activities. Hours – Flexible/Hybrid Hours offered.
