Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in various legal disputes. You will be working in a fast–paced environment, with a dynamic team of legal professionals, to provide exceptional legal services to our clients. If you are passionate about litigation and have experience in Bankruptcy, Business Law, Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property, Labor, and Construction, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various legal disputes, including but not limited to, Bankruptcy, Business Law, Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property, Labor, and Construction.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, with experience in Bankruptcy, Business Law, Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property, Labor, or Construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.
