In this role, you will work closely with our team of attorneys and clients to draft and prosecute patent applications, conduct patent searches, and provide technical expertise in various fields of science and engineering.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and prosecute patent applications in a variety of technical fields
Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses
Work closely with inventors and clients to identify and protect intellectual property assets
Provide technical support in patent litigation and other legal proceedings
Monitor and analyze patent portfolios
Keep up–to–date with changes in patent laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or physics
Registered to practice before the USPTO
2–3+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
Strong analytical and problem–solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with patent databases and search tools
Knowledge of patent laws and regulations
