Looking for an enthusiastic attorney that will work with Gaming clients on all corporate matters, regulations, financings, mergers & acquisitions, labor and employment matters, and intellectual property matters.
2+ years of significant corporate transactional experience
M&A
Strong writing, research and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a big law firm setting
Admission to New Jersey and/or New York Bar required
