- 20 days' vacation annually, 5 days granted at the beginning of each quarter
- 10 days sick annually, granted at the beginning of every calendar year with carryover but capped at 10 days

Job Details
The ideal candidate:
- Has a strong educational background, and 2–7 years of substantive experience in the areas of employment law, litigation, and/or traditional labor.
- Strong case management skills
- Experience coordinating matters in Illinois State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial.
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to manage case–load efficiently
- Previous federal and state court experience preferred
- Strong transcripts
