Salary: $110,000 – $170,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Estates & Trusts Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to estates, trusts, wills, fiduciary, probate, and power of attorney. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.


  • Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Advising clients on estate and trust administration matters, including probate and fiduciary duties
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on complex estate and trust issues
  • Representing clients in court proceedings related to estate and trust disputes
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
  • Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives to grow the firm's estate planning practice


  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
  • 2+ years of experience in estate planning and administration, including drafting wills and trusts, probate, and fiduciary duties
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional legal services to clients
