As our Fulfillment Agent, you will have an impact on the products and services we deliver to our customers and how our Fulfillment Agent organization operates in general. You will be responsible for providing onsite support to the registered agent division of our business. In this role, you will receive shipments from various carriers and ship these packages to a specified location. You are required to demonstrate speed, efficiency, accuracy while maintaining high productivity levels.
This position will be onsite, in Rosedale, MD.
Overview
At LegalZoom, we simply do not believe that it should cost thousands of dollars to create a will, form a business, or apply for a trademark. So we started a movement to make legal help available to all.
As our RA Site Agent, you will have an impact on the products and services we deliver to our customers and how our Registered Agent organization operates in general. You will be responsible for providing onsite support to the registered agent division of our business. In this role, you will receive shipments from various carriers and ship these packages to a specified location. You are required to demonstrate speed, efficiency, accuracy while maintaining high productivity levels
You will
Document, sort, pack, and ship customers while following LegalZoom's processes and procedures.
Document and reject non customer mail daily per our guidelines.
Monitor the flow of mail from our remote locations to our processing center(s) and investigate any disruptions, opening cases, contacting vendors, and submitting refunds/claims when necessary.
Ensure the office is secure and sensitive information is not accessible by unauthorized access.
Support the development and implementation of processes and technologies to maximize efficiencies and quality in production as well as employee satisfaction and retention.
You have
3+ years of experience in a high–volume, process–oriented production, order fulfillment, legal or service environment.
BS or BA or equivalent experience required.
Highly ethical individual with a strong desire to succeed both professionally and personally.
Overtime as needed by the department, including working on holidays.
Strong Google Suite skills.
Remote Employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.
LegalZoom is a remote–first company and the national range for this role is ($37,440 – $45,760). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
