We are seeking a talented Associate Paralegal who wants to work on cutting–edge legal matters and IP enforcement matters as a member of the Global Legal Enforcement Team. Description:

This position supports attorneys and paralegals in the enforcement of the Entertainment brand. We're looking for someone to:
- You will assist with brand protection and enforcement activities, including investigating counterfeits, preparing documents, and gathering evidence.
- You will work with external vendors and coordinate enforcement activities.
- You will assist with online infringement review, tagging, tracking and enforcement of online marketplaces, websites, paid advertisements and mobile apps.
- You will assist with digital content management, anti–counterfeit matters, anti–piracy and other copyright matters.
- At least 1 – 3 years of experience in–house or at a law firm in the Intellectual Property department.
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Background in all or some of the following areas: Trademark, Copyright, Design Patents and Industrial Designs
- Ability to multi–task and effectively assess priorities in a fast–paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Experience in entertainment industry a plus
- Experience with technology and video games a plus
- A sense of humor required
- Spanish language skills a plus
- 2+ years Intellectual Property law experience in–house or at a law firm.
