Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a Hybrid Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing litigation support to our attorneys and clients. You will be working on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and product liability. This is a full–time position with competitive compensation and benefits.


  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Preparing and responding to discovery requests
  • Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files
  • Coordinating and scheduling depositions and other meetings
  • Maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
  • Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
  • Participating in case strategy meetings and providing input on case strategy
  • Assisting with the preparation of appellate briefs and other post–trial motions


  • At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
  • Experience with e–discovery tools such as Relativity or Concordance
  • Familiarity with litigation software such as CaseMap or TrialDirector
  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate preferred
