  • Train BCG executives and internal functions on disputes, dispute avoidance and management as well as related topics – e.g., privilege, sensitive case protocols, document retention, mediation and arbitration preparation, etc.
  • Coordinate with local offices to ensure a consistent approach to policies and decision–making regarding potential disputes and litigation across the organization.
  • Ensure continued development of knowledge and skills across the global legal team in navigating controversy, resolving litigation and maintaining a general enforcement mindset through training, guidelines, and appropriate contractual protections.
  • Periodically update BCG Audit and Risk committee, BCG Leadership and other global functions on emerging litigation, disputes and investigatory trends and act as bridge and point of contact between functions and business for resolving legal issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
