Patent Paralegal / Administrator

Position: Patent and Trademark Administrator / Paralegal (dependant on experience & qualifications) Salary: Competitive salary dependant on experience Location: Oxford, OX2 with 2 days working from home (however 4 days in office during training period) Hours: Full time Monday – Friday Based a mile and a half from the beautiful city centre your role will be to support a two partners and their team of associates within the Oxford office of a European firm. You will need to work with high attention to detail as well as working at a pace to support the partner and their team. About the Role Maintaining client records – apply any changes required Creating and building reports for senior team members Preparation of invoicing and adding billing details and payments to the billing system Acting as the point of contact for the fee earner with clients, taking phone calls, messages and preparing communications via email/letter. Arranging and preparing meeting rooms with external guests including equipment requirements and refreshments.About You Excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Good typing speed with accuracy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Relevant experience within professional services administration is advantageous.
