IP Systems Analyst / Administrator

IP Systems Administrator / Analyst We are working with a leading firm of patent attorneys based in Southampton who require a skilled IT Systems administrator to support their specialist Intellectual Property support function. This is a complex role where you will be working with a range of IP systems to maintain, manage and enhance systems to ensure the firm s systems meet IP law requirements. The starting salary is GBP25–30,000 as well as an excellent benefits including bi–annual discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday rising to 30 and generous pension plan. On a day to day basis you ll be involved with: Testing software Processing batch renewal data updates Analysis of IP systems software issues and coming up with fixes Quality assurance checks Reviewing and checking law updates and checking the effect on cases Managing bespoke reports and letter generation Configuration and management of IP Systems Providing second line support for the IP systems The ideal candidate will have worked within IP Systems, records and / or formalities and hve an interest in moving to an IT team based role supporting this function. Please note this is not an entry level role for a Law Graduate. This permanent role offers a salary of GBP25–30,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
